Cancellation Policy

Classes can be booked up to 6 days in advance and until 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time on the day of the class.
Cancellations are free up to 6 hours before the class start time.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will be treated as late cancellations. For credit-based passes, the corresponding class credit will be deducted.

For example, for a class scheduled at 6:00 PM, the free cancellation window closes at 12:00 PM. A cancellation made after 12:00 PM will be considered a late cancellation.

Extension Policy

A one-week extension may be purchased as an add-on to an active eligible pass.

Extensions can only be applied while the existing pass is still active. Once a pass has expired, it is considered lapsed and cannot be extended.

If an extension is purchased, unused classes from that pass will not be eligible for carry-over.

Pause Policy

All class passes are time-bound and provide access to a fixed number of credits or unlimited classes within the specified validity period.

Passes cannot be paused or frozen after purchase, regardless of usage.

Pricing Note

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges.

A 5% GST and 10% Hospitality Fee will be levied at checkout.
